:Our right of cancellation: 1.1
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you.
In the eventuality of this, we shall refund to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement.
We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation, all electronic digital purchased services (remote programming service items) purchased from user will be subject to our discretion for a refund, we do not pay the cost for shipping of any returned goods to us correctly supplied or any customs duties and other taxes on importation, exportation.
All prices shown include VAT and are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice prices do not include shipping costs. Cheques are not accepted under any circumstances.
All new parts supplied are covered by the Volkswagen auto group 2 year parts warranty, (SO) special order & electrical items require a full payment deposit prior to ordering, this fee is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Any parts ordered for a particular vehicle (being a vehicle with a specific chassis number) including, with or without limitation, keys, lock barrel, & wiring looms. (SO) Special order items usually take 7-14 business days to come into stock unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery date for special order items.
Parts excluding (SO), electric, can be returned up to 14 days and on production of the invoice they are in the original packaging, undamaged & in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you. All returned items will be subject to a handling charge equal to 15% of the price we have to incur from our agents (parts team).
:Our right of labour charges: 1.2
We reserve the right to charge for services carried out if the work for any reason cannot be completed due to faulty parts, wrong parts, invalid parts, & any other FAZ error messages from central identification tool database, labour spent on working & diagnosis of vehicle for a set price or duration of time.
Please be aware if any security enabled parts etc specially-protected vehicle components (Component protection active) is identified as stolen by FAZIT the request will be blocked by the database with FAZ4990E error message & will refuse the release of component protection, VCS LTD will still charge full price for this service for labour spent on the vehicle & network connection to VW group systems network logon server fees.
:Our right of request of proof & ownership with supplied part numbers for identification with specially-protected vehicle components: 1.3
All security enabled component services will require a receipt as proof of purchase, we will also reserve the right to see the V5C and valid photo ID (Etc) drivers license or passport.
:Our right of editing & web portal updates: 1.4
We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms & conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
