If for reasons beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you.
In the eventuality of this, we shall refund to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement.
We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation, all electronic digital content purchased services, (remote programming services) purchased from consumer will be subject to our discretion for a refund. We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee for downloading digital content services or tech support only, this would apply if we cannot perform or complete the work required, we do not pay the cost for shipping of any returned goods to us correctly supplied or any customs duties and other taxes on importation, exportation.
By purchasing any digital content and services you are agreeing & consenting to our terms & conditions / terms of sales, please read the T&C before proceeding with any orders all orders submitted do not consent for no knowledge of charge for fraudulent claims. Contract agreement would need to be agreed to by both parties in order for us to process any online orders if for any reason the contract is not agreed to we will have no obligation but to cancel the order at our discretion.

VAT is charged at the current rate of 20% to customers within the European Community for customers outside of Europe the VAT will automatically be removed at checkout.
For VAT registered customers within Europe, you will need to order via e-mail or other contact channels (etc) Telephone / Whatsapp messaging service as our online store does not have the capability to process and validate VAT numbers.
If you are situated outside the European Community (Far East, Africa, Asia, North / South America & Oceania), UK VAT is not payable.
customers within the EC are charged VAT unless you have a VAT registered business and are able to provide us with a valid VAT number and proof of your business address such as a letterhead or company website.
All new parts supplied are covered by the Volkswagen auto group 2 year parts warranty, (SO) special order & electrical items require a full payment deposit prior to ordering, this fee is non refundable in the event of a cancellation, any parts ordered for a particular vehicle (being a vehicle with a specific chassis number) including, with or without limitation, keys, lock barrel, & wiring looms. (SO) Special order items usually take 7-14 business days to come into stock unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery date for special order items.
Parts excluding (SO), electric, can be returned up to 14 days and on production of the invoice they are in the original packaging, undamaged & in the same condition as they were in when delivered to you. All returned items will be subject to a handling charge equal to 15% of the price we have to incur from our agents (parts team).
:Our right of labour charges: 1.2
We reserve the right to charge for services carried out if the work for any reason cannot be completed due to faulty parts, wrong parts, invalid parts, & any other FAZ / ERP / SVM error messages from central identification tool database, labour spent on working & diagnosis of vehicle for a set price or duration of time. We will not accept any liability if this does not resolve the issue. All diagnostic programming work performed by us is covered under a minimum of 1 year warranty this only applies to new parts, used parts we offer 3 month's warranty (faulty, internal faults) 3rd parties involvement performing work on any controllers are excluded from warranty.
Please be aware if any security enabled parts etc specially-protected vehicle components (Component protection active) is identified as stolen by FAZIT the data request will be blocked by the database with FAZ2781E / FAZ4990E error message & will refuse the release of component protection, VCS LTD will still charge full price for this service for labour spent on the vehicle & network connection to VW group systems network logon server fees.
:Our right of request of proof & ownership with supplied part numbers for identification with specially-protected vehicle components: 1.3
All security enabled component services will require a receipt as proof of purchase, we will also reserve the right to see the V5C and valid photo ID (Etc) drivers license or passport.
:Remapping ECM / TCM important factors for customer awareness: 1.4
All modifications that vary from OEM specifications, carried out by VCS LTD are modified at the owners risk, we don't offer any warranty or insurance for any modified parts or vehicles. If you are not satisfied in any way with the work we have performed we will refund the cost within 7 days of completion minus the installation costs this only applies to Stage 1 maps, refunds will not be accepted if any third parties have interfered with any hardware / software editing. By accepting any work performed via VCS LTD the consumer / customer will accept the T&C emphasized by VCS LTD.

All online bookings for tech support or appointments for call out support require a payment in order to secure a booking, if for any reasons tech support booking is missed or cancelled we will imply a £25 cancellation fee, booking fees for call out support is non refundable if the appointment is missed or cancelled.
